Payment for orders can be made by debit/credit card online with PayPal, the safe and easy way to pay online.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of No Beef Cafe needing to issue a refund, we will endeavor to do so within 10 working days.

Please note that our Gluten free range is prepared and cooked in the same kitchen as our Non gluten free range. As much as we keep things separate we need to make this clear to our customers as it could effect anyone with a serious allergy.
Online Orders for delivery, currently, will only be accepted from addresses with postcodes which lie within our delivery area of Bristol - BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS12, BS13, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS30, BS32, BS34 and are set at a flat rate of £2 per delivery. If you live in the Bristol area outside of this postcode and would like to order some food do drop us a message. We can't promise we will be able to deliver but we will always try.
All orders must be made by 3 pm and will be delivered between 5 pm and 8 pm on day of order. Any orders after 3pm will automatically be delivered the following day, unless you have specified a certain day. Please be mindful that the pie of the day and cakes change so make sure you check what it's going to be before you order.
You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time (which is usually a matter of minutes) and before the order has been processed. An order will be classified as being processed as soon as food has been used to start preparing the order.
Customers can cancel an order by telephoning the store to cancel the order. Our telephone number can be found on our Contact page.
Any order canceled after the order has been processed will be classified as a "Bad Order" and will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
Any orders canceled in accordance with these cancellation provisions and before the order has been processed will not be charged.
Any payment made prior to an order being canceled within the specified time will be reimbursed using the same method as used by the customer to make the payment.
