Our dream is that one day, No Beef will be a café.
A space where people can come to enjoy tasty vegan food while being surrounded by art and good vibes.
If you know Eve – the founder of No Beef – you will know this has been brewing since 2014. In 2018, Eve realised she needed more time and headspace to work on future business plans, so quit her job in the corporate industry and joined the world of freelance.
Rather than rush in, No Beef made a conscious decision to start small and grow organically.
All the food on our menu is fresh and homemade. We are sourcing things as locally as we can given the current circumstances. Our main suppliers are Simply Greens Zero Waste (for all our baking needs), Reg The Veg (for what it says in their name) and Soy Ahoy for our fake bacon. These businesses are all small, independent, local and have saved us during lockdown.
We are using food packaging that is environmentally friendly and have a custom vegan stamp for branding. We are aware that having any kind of food packaging is still waste and we are always thinking and planning ways we can have as little waste as possible on our journey going forward. We want to be caring for the planet in every decision we make and we welcome any feedback on ways we can improve.
We are super passionate about vegan food, we hope that comes across when you taste ours. Every order you place is supporting our vegan dream and we can't thank you enough.
We can’t wait for you to taste our menu and join the No Beef journey. Let us know what you think of our food by sharing pics on social media and using #nobeefcafe.
